Nothing gives me more pleasure than helping people fulfill their potential and live a fulfilling life.

In today’s fast-paced, busy world, so many of us find ourselves feeling lost, burnt out, anxious or dissatisfied. Often, these uncomfortable feelings relate to unmet needs, painful limiting beliefs about ourselves, or poor boundaries and communication in relationships.
I’m passionate about helping people find the clarity, confidence and contentment they need to turn this around and live life to the full. I do this by providing clients with self-focused time away from the pressures of life, where they can explore, plan and move towards a different, better future.

You bring your challenges and your hopes for the future. I'll bring open-minded curiosity, incisive questions and transformational tools to help you make the change you seek.
Drop me a line below if you'd like to find out more about coaching and whether it's the support you need to transform your life for good.
"Coaching with Katie is like setting time aside for guided self-exploration over a cup of coffee. Chatting through my ideas and thought processes with Katie has helped me to answer questions that I may not have asked myself.
"It’s easy to be open during our sessions and this has given me the opportunity to think about things from a different perspective than I would otherwise have done, and this has led me to consider new options that I don’t think I would have thought of myself, or through speaking with friends or family. I always feel positive and motivated after our calls as, with Katie’s support, I’m developing plans to put ideas into motion which feels really productive and valuable."
— Kayleigh, Hertfordshire
"I signed up with Katie for life coaching as I am at a point in my life where I'm wondering what to do 'next'. Within the first three sessions, Katie had managed to nail down 'me' in a sentence, helped me to explore how that could translate into a career and challenged me to take steps in a new direction.
"I've gone from having a vague sense of dissatisfaction and little confidence that I could do anything else, to a much stronger sense of my potential, what fulfils me and what I can offer to the world."
— Fiona, Kent
"Spending time with Katie has made me smash through some of what I can now see has been holding me back for decades. If only I'd had coaching in my 20s!
"The sessions have really encouraged me to question my own views of myself and I can now see that the stories I have told myself all my life, and the rules I have been living by aren't necessarily what I want for my future. I feel MUCH more confident than I did before and have noticed a marked improvement in my happiness and wellbeing. Katie has a brilliant knack of really provoking your thinking without you feeling you're being interrogated!"
— Katie, Suffolk
A little about me...
I'm a fully qualified Transformational Coach. My training was carried out through Animas and is approved by recognised bodies AC, EMCC and ICF.
I've also carried out further training in Positive Intelligence and a certification in Integrated Attachment Theory, which I use in both my one-to-one and group coaching work.
Plus, I'm qualified in Mental Health First Aid and
have a background in Marketing & PR.
Professionally, alongside coaching, I have spent over 20 years working in a variety of PR & Marketing roles - both in-house and for consultancies. I have also had the privilege of being on the board of trustees for Essex Dementia Care and my local church-run charity. As a result of my career history, I've developed strong organisation, people and communication skills. However, I've also experienced imposter syndrome and a lack of confidence when faced with new opportunities. I know too what it is to feel stuck in an unfulfilling role or unsure how to juggle that all-elusive work/life balance. Transformational Coaching could have helped with these challenges - if only I'd known that at the time!

Personally, I am the wife of a talented builder/electrician with whom I have renovated a number of homes; Mum to two primary school aged children; and the daughter of Baptist Ministers whose vocation led us to move house and school many times. I also have a passion for music and languages. I've had the privilege of singing with the London Philharmonic Choir and living abroad as part of my BSC Hons in French and Italian. As a result, I've learnt how to live outside my comfort zone and to be empathic towards others. However, I also know what it is to feel lost and out of place. I know too what it is to struggle with identity and the strain on relationships when children arrive or other life changes happen. Transformational Coaching would have been a wonderful support to me through these and many more personal challenges.

I share all this because I know the concept of coaching can feel a little confusing. Coaches are not therapists, mentors or teachers. We collaborate with you to help you make positive change in your life - whether that's personally, professionally or even spiritually (as a Christian, I see real value in exploring that aspect of life with a coach too!). These are just a few examples of where a Transformational Coach would be useful. I would love to help you explore any challenge that you might have; to open up the world of possibilities and to help you experience genuine, long-lasting, positive change.
